How are samples developed?

You send us the sketches or pictures of the clothing you want to make.
We send you the costs for the samples and the estimated costs for bulk order.
You place the sample order.
Our designers confirm with you about the details and create the tech packs for you to check.
We buy the fabrics according to the tech packs.
We make the samples according to the tech packs.
We send you the pictures to confirm
We post the samples to you.

What sample materials are available?

We can make samples from cotton cloth, linen, silk, wool fabric, etc.

Usually, we suggest proper fabrics for certain types of designs.

If you have any other choice, feel free to let us know.

Are there fees for samples?

We charge for samples. You can send your designs for us to check.

Our prices are tailored to your specific style preferences. Contact us for a personalized quote.

What is your design philosophy and product style?

Delivery time depends on the complexity of the clothes design and the availability of raw materials. Typically, samples are delivered in 7-30 days if all raw materials are available.

How are samples delivered?

We use courier services to deliver samples.

The shipping cost for the sample will be our treat.

Are logos available on samples?

Yes, logos are available.

We can put your logo on the label and garments.

Can samples be modified after they're produced if necessary?

We can help with modifying the sample, and we will charge an extra fee according to the complexity of the modification.

About Orders

What is the minimum order quantity?

We don’t have MOQ. You can order as low as 1 piece per style per color.

Basically, the lower the quantity, the higher the price.

Do you offer OEM & ODM services?

We offer OEM and ODM services. You are welcome to send us pictures or samples of clothing models for new model development.

Can you put logo on the products?

We can put your logo on labels, tags, and garments.

We can accept logos in PDF, JPG, and PSD formats.

What is your standard delivery time?

The lead time for your order depends on our production schedule and the size of your order. Typically, it takes 10-30 days to produce samples and 30-60 days for bulk orders after the confirmation of pre-production samples and receipt of deposit payment.

Transportation time varies depending on the shipping method. Air transportation takes approximately 5-7 days, while sea transportation can take 20-45 days.

What are your standard trade terms?

What are your standard payment terms?

Typically, payment terms are T/T or L/C, but we may work under other terms depending on the situation.

For small orders, less than USD2,000.00, we require full payment before production.

For orders worth more than USD2000.00, we require a 50% deposit before production begins and the remaining 50% before shipment.

Do you offer shipping services?

Yes, we offer shipping services to our customers. Because we have well-established relationships with shipping agents, we can offer the best shipping rates.

But we can’t send you the shipping cost before we finish the production because we don’t know the weight and volume.

Do you offer customs clearance services?

We can offer customs clearance service in China to customers who require it. We have experience international trade professionals on staff who are happy to take this complicated and tedious task off your hands.

Do you offer sourcing services?

We offer sourcing services that can free you from the details of the order process. Our goal is to ensure that you’re satisfied with the process from beginning to end.
